Rituels du Jour accepts the following forms of payment for virtual, private coaching sessions:

When scheduling and booking a private coaching session, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Rituels du Jour does not offer gift cards at this time, and payment must be made in full on one credit card. No split payments, please.

All private coaching session purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided. Rituels du Jour maintains the right to refuse a refund at any time. If you are unable to keep your originally scheduled coaching session time, kindly be in touch at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to select a new day and time within two weeks of your originally scheduled session, otherwise, you will be charged (to the credit card on file) for your coaching session even if you are unable to attend due to schedule conflicts. A no-show fee of $75.00 will also be charged if there is no notice given in addition to the cost of the full session. For more details regarding this policy, please review RDJ’s FAQs page.
