Mental health is extremely near and dear to my heart, as someone who is living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), a highly sensitive person (HSPs), and anxiety, I deeply empathize with anyone who is also facing mental health challenges. I’m an advocate for therapy and private coaching to aid in your journey. This is a safe space for you, however, working on yourself can sometimes feel overwhelming and can be very challenging and draining at times. You are not alone in this journey, however, if you find yourself in need or seeking more support than I can provide, since I am not a licensed medical professional, I recommend seeking professional medical support.
