Why work with me?

It’s more than a calling, it’s my truth. I feel a deep responsibility to my own heart to thoughtfully guide, inspire, and emotionally educate others like yourself on how to love and fully nourish oneself through daily rituals and emotional and mental wellness practices. In doing so, you will begin to uncover and understand your own unique desires––elevating your self-worth, reclaiming your personal love, re-harnessing your power, and gracefully navigating stress management.

You will learn to draw upon the same tools and skills that have lifted me from several rock-bottom moments. I have navigated most of my life from an empty place of low self-worth, completely foreign to the concept of self-care, and, certainly, self-love. I have struggled with loss, unbearable amounts of physical and emotional pain, disappointment and dysfunction––emotionally abusive, narcissistic relationships, strained and emotionally toxic family relationships, multiple eating disorders, and several other unhealthy maladaptive coping behaviors, while simultaneously navigating my Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) diagnosis, and anxiety. A highly sensitive person (HSP), and an empath, my emotions are intensified on a daily basis, and that’s just scratching the surface. Since BPD is not a chemical imbalance, it is treated through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as opposed to medication. It was up to me to take charge of my own life and my mental health and happiness.

I wholeheartedly believe that it’s my dharma to be a light for others, helping to achieve hope, expansion, healing, and loving kindness individually and collectively throughout this remarkable journey in the physical world. My greatest hope is that I can provide this guidance and support for you. A key to building successful new rituals and emotional and mental wellness practices, especially when unpacking unhealthy psychological habits and limiting beliefs, is to show up for yourself each and every day, even when it's difficult (that’s why I am here), and work on building and increasing your self-esteem. As your self-care coach, I will teach you how to let go of old habits and beliefs that aren’t serving you, creating space for you to flourish. I will provide you with encouragement and skills to strengthen your relationship to yourself first and foremost.

Personal transformations are activated in different ways—each person heals, expands, and flourishes at a different speed—your speed. Doing the work––embracing a mindfulness practice, implementing distress tolerance skills, or reaffirming self-worth––isn’t something that happens overnight, nor is working with a self-care coach a quick fix. It’s a dedicated commitment to emotional education and resolutions for both you as a client, and for me as your self-care coach. I will hold space for you to focus your energy inward and toward where you want to go next. By getting curious and illuminating blind spots, together, we can dissolve challenges and problems to uncover your inner light and ascend to your higher self.




What your self-care journey will look like.

We begin with a complimentary 15-minute introduction, via telephone, where we will confirm that self-care coaching is the right form of guidance for you, and that we will make an excellent team.


Your private, 1:1 coaching sessions will help you discover how to:

  • Get clarity on your current emotional state; identify obstacles; and define goals

  • Identify and process limiting beliefs and behaviors; reprogram mindset; and release toxic thinking and non-serving habits

  • Establish the tools you need to love and take care of yourself fully and authentically; embrace empathy and compassion for yourself; and re-affirm your self-worth

  • Establish healthy boundaries to achieve healthy relationships

  • Build and increase emotional resilience through emotional regulation skills; employ distress tolerance; and strengthen your personal power

  • Learn to identify emotions and embrace sitting with them; be present, grounded, and balanced in the moment mindfully; and choose to respond with thoughtful intent

  • Take greater responsibility for actions; contribute and communicate more effectively and energetically; and work more productively with others, both personally and professionally

  • Creatively apply your new thinking to old problems and challenges

  • Curate your customized plan of action and tool kit to achieve your personal goals

I am ready to book my first session.

I recommend that we collaborate weekly as you begin your self-care journey back to you. Our goal is for you to implement and observe behavioral changes, and gain clarity and greater confidence in yourself as you find comfort and grounding stability in your own “rituels du jour.” We will come together to ensure you feel confident as you begin to elevate your self-worth and re-harness your power. As your coach, I will help you identify your attainable goals as we work at a comfortable pace for you—I am a firm believer that this exploratory process of personal growth and transformation is not something to rush through. You are worth your own time and mine. 


Post-session resources to help guide and reinforce your commitment to your daily rituals and emotional and mental wellness practices, as well as direct access to me via email for additional time-sensitive support between sessions, can be made available as needed. Consistency in your practice is key, and, as your coach, holding you accountable is my job.




Scheduling and pricing details.

55-minute, private Zoom sessions (let’s collaborate from anywhere in the world) are $175.00.


A special package rate is offered for four, eight, or 12 sessions, which can be used anytime within six months of package purchase date.
